Environmental factors including aging and stress etc. cause not only autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, but also chronic inflammatory diseases such as cerebrovascular disorders, cardiovascular disorders, and dementia that are inevitable in the modern aging society. Our previous studies have shown that chronic inflammation occurs when pathogenic immune cells including T cells and B cells locally induce microinflammation around specific blood vessels and break through the blood vessels to invade various organs and tissues. However, there is no preventive measure to detect and eliminate the microinflammation that causes the diseases at an early stage. In order to solve this problem, we will visualize the location of microinflammation using a high-sensitivity quantum technics (see picture below) and clarify how chronic inflammation begins and progresses so that we can eliminate them by using drugs as well as neuromodulation technics.
