At QST, President Koyasu was appointed in April 2023.
President Koyasu made the "IkuBoss Declaration" as a supervisor who leads a fulfilling life both in public and private life while maintaining a research environment while supporting subordinates in balancing work and private life in consideration of the life events and work-life balance of employees working at the Institute
* IkuBoss means "a supervisor who considers and understands childcare, nursing care, work-life balance, etc. of subordinates and colleagues."
