This time, we covered an interview with the newly appointed Director of Diversity, Mr. Hoshino, a greeting from Mr. Takeda, a message from the diversity promoters assigned to each QST Research Institute, a seminar on basic knowledge of LGBTQs, work efficiency in hybrid work, sleep and a work-life balance seminar on the theme of "switching on and off". We have created a booklet with explanations of the support system, childcare hours, and leave.

This time, as a "Telework Special Issue," we have published a booklet that includes interviews with the Information Technology Department, which established QST's telework system in just one month, interviews with departments that make good use of telework, a column on hybrid life between going to work and teleworking, the revised Child Care and Family Care Leave Act, and the voices of users of the childcare support system.

We have created an eight-page booklet packed with information such as the FY2020 activity report of the QST Diversity Promotion Office, an interview with Director Kimura in charge of diversity, an interview with Auditor Takihara, voices of support system users, an excerpt from the results of the "New Lifestyle and Work-Life Balance" questionnaire, a childcare column, and no-overtime day.
