Evaluation of A&M Data
For particle-material interactions and atomic collision processes semiempirical formulas are derived for evaluated data where there are sufficient accumulated data for the parameters or where there are few data but approximate theoretical formulas exist. These semiempirical formulas are very useful for applying computer codes to plasma modeling.
The most consistent wavelengths at given transitions belonging to each impurity ion are selected using the relation between wavelengths and energy levels for atomic structure data. These data make it easy to identify emission lines fusion plasma.
