Registration and payment
Registration can be made online. Registration fee includes scientific sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner, excursion, and the proceedings book. The registration fee is 60,000 JPY (500 USD) for a regular participant and 24,000 JPY (200 USD) for a student before 31-Mar-2016, and 66,000 JPY (550 USD) for a regular participant and 30,000 JPY (250 USD) for a student after 31-Mar-2016. The registration fee for an accompanying person is 12,000 JPY (100 USD).
Please be sure to complete the payment before the dead line above for the early registration fee is applied.
At the registration page, you will be requested to obtain ID and password first, which is necessary to make registration, abstract submission, and payment. Then, you will be asked to enter your personal information and additional information such as number of accompanying persons, food preference, and whether you join the excursion. Those information can be updated later using your ID and password.
Obtaining the ID and password, you will have your user account page on the web site. Please visit your user account page to review and update your registration information. Participants who require a VISA, should contact us by submitting an inquiry from their user account page.
Contacts to the participant will be made using e-mails.
Payment can be placed using credit cards. Cash will be accepted at the on-site registration. Cancellation will also be made online, however, a cancellation fee of 12,000 JPY (100 USD) will be applied for refund after 31-Mar-2016.
