Proceedings
We are planning to publish the conference proceedings from Springer. Length of the manuscript will be 7 pages for invited contributors and 4 pages for other contributors. Manuscripts should be prepared according to the format provided by Springer, either by following instructions shown in Springer's web site, or by using templates . Templates for both MS-word and LaTeX are available.

To submit the manuscript, MS-word or LaTeX source file as well as the pdf preview file of the manuscript, with the copyright transfer form[Wordfile／67KB] should be sent to icxrl2016proceedings_at_gmail.com (replace _at_ to @).
The manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by the local organizing committee (LOC), and the author(s) may be requested to make revisions before publication. The deadline of submission will be 2 months after the conference, 31-Jul-2016.
Abstract submission
Abstract should be submitted online from 20-Nov-2015 until 13-Mar-2016. At the paper submission page by enter author's name, affiliation, choose oral or poster presentation, and upload the abstract file in MS-word or pdf format.
Please prepare your abstrat using the template[Wordfile／35KB]. Papers should be written in clear English on an A4 size paper (297×210 mm) with a 25 mm margin on all sides. The text should be typed in one column format with 11 pt font size. “Times New Roman” font or equivalent is recommended. The total length is limited to one page. Prepare a PDF file of your abstract, which should involve all fonts and graphics used in the file. The authors are requested to check the computer file by themselves.
