Q-Future 2026 Poster Session

New: The latest Q-Future 2026 Poster Session Abstract Book is now available.

Poster Session

The poster sessions will be held on 17 and 18 November 2026 in conjunction with the Corporate Exhibition. 
Snacks and drinks will be available during the poster sessions to encourage informal discussions and networking among participants.

Tuesday, 17 November: 17:30–19:30
Wednesday, 18 November: 17:00–18:00

Poster Display and Board Information

Poster boards will be available from the morning of 17 November until the evening of 18 November.

Presenters are encouraged to keep their posters displayed throughout this period so that participants can view them outside the scheduled poster session times.

The poster board size is:

2,100 mm (H) × 1,200 mm (W)

All posters must be removed by noon on 19 November. Posters remaining after the removal deadline may be disposed of by the Symposium Secretariat.

Poster Session Abstract Book

The latest Q-Future 2026 Poster Session Abstract Book is now available.

The Abstract Book includes:

• Poster Session information and schedule
• Core Presentation Times
• Poster Session Map
• List of poster presentations
• Poster Award applicant information
• Abstracts of all poster presentations

Poster Awards for Early Career Researchers

Poster Awards will be presented to outstanding poster presentations by early-career researchers.

Eligibility

Applicants must be either:

• Early-career researchers within 10 years of receiving their doctoral degree, or
• Current undergraduate or graduate students.

Poster Award applicants are indicated by a ★ in the poster list and the Poster Session Map.

Core Presentation Time

To facilitate the Poster Award selection process and encourage active discussion, 
dedicated Core Presentation Times are scheduled for 17 November.

• Odd-numbered posters: 17:30–18:30​
• Even-numbered posters: 18:30–19:30​

Poster Award applicants are requested to be present at their posters during their assigned Core Presentation Time on 17 November.

If a Poster Award applicant is unable to present on 17 November, please inform the Symposium Secretariat in advance. In such cases, poster evaluation is planned to take place on 18 November instead.

The poster session on 18 November is shorter, and no formal Core Presentation Time will be assigned on that day.

Poster Setup and Removal

Poster setup will begin on the morning of 17 November.

Presenters are encouraged to keep their posters displayed throughout the symposium.

All posters must be removed by noon on 19 November.

Posters remaining after the removal deadline may be disposed of by the Symposium Secretariat.
