Poster Presentation
The poster session will be held in the evening on November 17 (18:00-20:00) and November 18 (17:00-18:00). Snacks and drinks will be provided during the poster session.
The size of the poster board is 2,100 mm (H) × 1,200 mm (W).
(For reference: A0 size = 841mm×1,189mm & B0 size:1,030mm × 1,456mm)
Poster boards will be available from the morning of November 17 until the morning of November 19, allowing presenters to keep their posters displayed throughout the symposium.
Poster topics are not limited to quantum sensing. Contributions covering a broad range of research in quantum science, life science, and related technologies are welcome.
Poster Awards for Early Career Researchers
Awards will be presented for outstanding poster presentations by early career researchers.
Eligibility: Applicants must be either:
- Early career researchers within 10 years of receiving their doctoral degree, or
- Current undergraduate or graduate students.
Abstract Submission Deadline
The deadline for poster presentation applications and abstract submissions through the registration system is August 17.
Abstract template file
For each poster presentation, please submit a one-page abstract in MS Word format through the registration system.
