Accommodation

A block of "SINGLE" rooms has been reserved at the hotel below near JR Mito Station at special rates.
Reservations should be handled directly by the participants to the meetings with the hotel.

  • Daiwa Roynet Hotel Mito  (40 SINGLE rooms block reserved until 26 January, 2018)
    Single room (1 person, with breakfast, tax included) : 8,030 yen per night

Transportation

Bus transfer between hotel and Naka Fusion Institute will be organized each morning and evening of the meeting. The departure time of the bus is 8:00 a.m.
