The Department of Radiation Effects Research welcomes students who are interested in the biological effects of radiation. Currently, we are working with several undergraduate and graduate students. Some students are accepted through the cooperative graduate school system between QST and universities (e.g., Tokyo Metropolitan University and Chiba University), while others are as trainees with the permission of their university supervisors. We have accepted many undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students from universities shown below, and have conducted research together with them. After completion of their programs, they are active in various fields such as research institutes, universities, and private companies, utilizing their research experience and knowledge of radiation.
