研究内容
生物線量評価グループでは、放射線被ばくに伴う生物の染色体異常の発生頻度に基づく被ばく線量推計について、より実効的・効率的な評価手法の開発・研究を行っています。
一例としては、ディープラーニングを用いた自動染色体異常(二動原体染色体異常・染色体断片)解析システムの汎用化を目指し、画像判定手法の改良・最適化等の研究を行っています。加えて、染色体画像の関係機関とのオンライン共有及び判定を実現する体制構築にも取り組んでおり、被ばく患者が多数発生した際にも迅速に線量評価を行える環境整備に努めています。
